Furnished Apartment Reservation Information
We can only confirm a booking upon receipt of the minimum deposit, proof of ID (e.g. Copy of Passport, Driving License) and a proof of current address (e.g. copy of utility bill which must be less then 3 months old)
Reservation Process:
Stage -1: Guest enquires by filling the Booking Enquiry Form
Stage-2: We find you a suitable property and send you quote and pre-booking confirmation
Stage-3: Guest returns the signed paperworks with the followings:
- 10% Deposit or 1 week rent whichever is higher
- Requested documents
Stage-4: We confirm your booking
Note: We may ask for a security deposit aganist the fixtures and fittings |
